Hart Global Management Group and USA Football, the National governing body of the NFL Flag in the United States, leading flag football program, will like to facilitate NFL Flag football league in St. Kitts and Nevis under the supervision of the NFL Flag, USA Football, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Hart Global will bring unmatched standards of safety, education, and support. We believe football imparts great lessons and provides the kids with skills that serve them well throughout their lives. Hart Global Management Group and NFL assure our flag football coaches are registered and can quickly get hands-on tools to stay at the top of their game. We will certify Local SKN Coaches online using coaching education resources such as video-based instruction, animated play, and more. Officials play a vital role in youth flag football: calling a fair game that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and player safety. All officials will be Certified NFL Flag Football and will follow the NFL Flag Football rules.

Our objective is to create a PAY TO PLAY platform for players to have ongoing
youth activities year-round, emphasizing interpersonal development, teamwork, and
education. Hart Global Management Group will provide both internal and external resources
such as:
1. Up to USD 5000 cash prize paid to the winning team(s) in a tournament.
2. Paid training for the coaches and officials.
3. Compensation per game for coaches and officials.
4. School supplies for youth players.
5. Scholarships and educational opportunities for the youth players.

How would the program benefit the local community?

St. Kitts and Nevis would benefit from the Hart Global Sports Academy Football League by encouraging community involvement. Football is a team sport that allows children to receive the many lessons and skills included in the formation of the game. These lessons will follow a child throughout their lives and enhance their desire to take these skills and use them in different areas of their future. Hart Global Sports Academy believes in the passion, intensity, joy, confidence, and a sense of community football brings to those who coach, play, and love the sport. We evolve and grow the sport through innovative standards and best practices to advance coach and player development, participation, and safety in a supportive and positive environment outside of school. When children and young adults can apply their passion in a goal-driven environment, the opportunity for crime and distraction will become marginal.

Who are the target participants?

Youth ages 5-17. (Possibly a young adult team ages 18 - 21) Hart Global Sport Academy will provide resources and knowledge that enable our league to build and run a successful youth football program. Through USA Football and the NFL, certifications, safety clinics, and player development opportunities, we have solid partners in promoting safety, skills development, character, and athletic excellence.
For the parents, we know parents are an essential part of the team. We have all the information needed about the game and their child's team, including Safety Checklist and Educational resources. More importantly, we encourage open lines of communication between coaches, administrators, parents, and athletes.
